1. How long does delivery take?
We prepare most orders within 1–2 business days once your payment is verified.
Shipping times may vary depending on your destination, customs handling, or courier schedules, but we always aim to deliver as fast as possible.
2. How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! We provide free standard shipping on all orders above €30.
If your order total is below this amount, a small shipping fee will be automatically added at checkout.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly, please reach out to us immediately at contact@zanverta.shop if you wish to modify or cancel your order.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be changed—but you may still return it once it arrives.
5. What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt at contact@zanverta.shop.
