Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Zuvorin. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1) Return Window & Conditions

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Include the original packaging, manuals, tags, and any accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

👉 Start a return: email contact@zanverta.shop before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

2) Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind or non-defect reasons.

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Zuvorin will cover the return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.

3) Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may require extra time to post the credit.

4) Damaged / Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@zanverta.shop.
Please include:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • A short description and your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5) Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products are non-returnable, including (but not limited to):

  • Personal care / hygiene items

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products and gift cards

6) Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items (same product/model).

7) Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?

  • First check with your bank/credit card provider.

  • If it still hasn’t appeared after a reasonable period, contact us at contact@zanverta.shop and we’ll investigate.
